RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. You should register your product within seven (7) days using our Warranty Page in order to activate your warranty.

We understand how important it is for our customers to have a positive experience with our products, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

Our warranty primarily addresses defects in material or workmanship. If, for any reason, you are facing issues related to these defects, please contact our support team for further assistance and to initiate a warranty claim.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@180mask.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase with the return form provided.

Shortly after, our team will send you an email with instructions to follow.

Please note: buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
